Shipping policy

This page outlines our shipping, processing, delivery and delivery-related rules for all orders placed on MESCOMB Store.

1. Order Processing Time


All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will send you a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time


We ship products to most regions worldwide. Standard delivery time varies by destination:

  • Domestic delivery: 5–10 business days
  • International delivery: 7–20 business days

    Delivery time is an estimate and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, logistics issues or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight and shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions according to our activity rules.

4. Order Tracking


After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link. You can check your package status online anytime. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.

5. Customs & Import Duties


For international orders:

  • Import taxes, duties and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs charges, delays or confiscation caused by local customs regulations.
  • Please check your local import rules before placing an order.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages


If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unreachable or refusal to accept the package:

  • You will be responsible for additional reshipping fees if you request redelivery.
  • If you choose to cancel the order, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages


Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the logistics carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check with local courier, neighbors or building management first. If your package is lost in transit, contact us with your tracking number, and we will file a claim with the logistics provider together with you.
